Short version: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, and the plugins don't send anything about your site or your visitors to us.
This website
It's a static page. It doesn't use cookies, trackers or analytics scripts. Like any web host, the server that delivers it (Cloudflare) briefly processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Buying Pro
Purchases, licenses and invoices are handled by Freemius, our reseller. The details you give at checkout go to Freemius and their payment providers, under the Freemius privacy policy. We receive what we need to support you: your name, email address and license details.
The free plugin
To check a link, your site visits that address, the way a browser would: the site at the other end sees a request from your server. Nothing is sent to us or to any other service, and nothing about your visitors is collected or tracked.
The Pro add-on
To activate your license and get updates, Pro talks to Freemius (your site's address, the plugin and WordPress versions, and your license). If you turn on alerts, digests go to the email addresses and the Slack webhook you enter. The 404 monitor stores the missing addresses visitors hit, how often, and where they came from. It never stores IP addresses.
